I lived in Utah a while and they were trying to ban cutting your grass with a riding lawnmower if you were drunk. But then Utah isn't the Live Free state.

Why defend any "driving" drunks in the "Live Free or Die" state?

Four times a day I hear a Shriner's radio advertisement about a little girl who lost her foot "in a riding lawnmower accident".

Your comment brought that ad into much clearer focus.

So, you're saying people confined to wheelchairs can't drink???? Sounds discriminatory to me! What other laws can we foist against our challenged population???
