I drove all around the lake on Tuesday and Wednesday. In general, the first 30 feet from shore is water. There is ice beyond 30 feet.

It's shrinking. In Alton, ice went as far south as the town docks on Tuesday (see photo in another post), but had moved at least 150 feet north by Wednesday.

Do you recall how Twenty Mile Bay looked? Probably the same, I suppose.

Great weather out there, yesterday and today... Ice will be gone soon... Picking up the boat next weekend... We will be boating soon....
