Took my first swim of the year yesterday after the sun came out. Water temp was 57 degrees. A little chilly but doable. Was in for about 15 minutes then hopped out and dried in the sun. It felt good. The lake is fairly turbid right now. Not a good time for scuba diving.

It's the wave action on the shore that did it. (Remember that Saturday wind a few weeks ago?) I still haven't sighted :look: my mooring block, chain, or the sunken float I attached to it in 15 feet of water. Maybe a fisherman hooked it and dragged the chain to deeper water.
I've never seen it so murky so soon in the season.
We need a WinnipesaukeeDiver report.
